Today Is A Very Happy Day For Us

November 21, 1999, Vrindavan Dham Today is a very happy day for us. The devotees are going for parikrama this month of Karttik. Devotees are very enthusiastic to serve Radha-Krishna in Vrindavan Dham. They came here with me, but I am not qualified, a very unqualified and insignificant soul. Guru Maharaj has given some service and I am trying to serve the devotees. With me they came to this Vrindavan Dham and actually we want to see the transcendental Vrindavan Dham and want to serve that.

At this time in the month of Karttik service is continuing from 4:00 am in the morning straight through to 9:00 pm in the evening. Continuous service for Radha-Krishna's satisfaction. All around, different temples and different types of devotees are trying to satisfy the Lord with their mood of service. But it is necessary to connect with the transcendental world. What we are seeing and where we are living it is the mundane world. Only by remembrance of that transcendental Dham are we proceeding. One day it will reveal within us and we will get that service.

Actually this time is a very suitable time for serve to Radha-Krishna because the rainy season is finished already and winter has not yet started. In the middle of these two seasons there is a very peaceful situation here on this earth. So many flowers, so much green and greenish world is revealed at this time without disturbance of rain and without disturbance of winter. Radha-Krishna also are enjoying this time very happily. The month of Karttik is called Radharani's month because Radharani is trying through different types of service to satisfy Shri Krishna. Her associates Lalita, Vishakha, etc., so many principal sakhis with manjaris they all are very enthusiastically trying to serve the sakhis and finally Radharani.

Our Guru Maharaj said if you make any center in Vrindavan you make it in Govardhan because we will stay in Govardhan and we will serve Radha-Krishna in Shyama-kunda and Radha-kunda there, where there is going on so much opulent service, the different types of service for Radha-Krishna. Early in the morning we wake-up at 3:00 am and get ready by 4:00 am and then we proceed to Radha-kunda. In the middle there is Kusham Soravar, we will collect the flowers from there and also milk is there, cow milk, and taking the milk and flowers we will proceed to Shyama-kunda and Radha-kunda and there Radha-Krishna are happily sleeping and the whole night they play in the Rasa-Lila. In the early-morning the sakhis will go and arrange for Their next day program.

In this way in this month there is continuously going some program in Shyama-kunda and Radha-kunda and Giri-Govardhana, around Giri-Govardhana. The whole of Vrindavan Dham is very much enlightened with this service mood. Here every temple is opened at 4:00 am for mangala-arati and the whole road is crowded. The whole day parikrama is going on around our Math because we are living near to Damodar. Damodar temple, everyone is coming to Damodar temple. Who is coming to Damodar temple he must honor our temple otherwise they cannot go, because from Damodar temple, from samadi mandir, from Seva Kunja road our temple is very visible. There is a very nice and sweet atmosphere within this area and we are enjoying with the devotees here the whole month. After Guru Maharaj's Appearance Day we came and this year we are going to install the Deities Shri Shri Guru Gauranga Gandharva-Rasabehari here in our Math.

Shri Shri Guru Gauranga Gandharva-Rasabehari's Deity is already here but in a small form. They are manifesting this time in a big form. The temple is also very sweet and nice, but it is a small temple. If you see, when you come you will see. Sunanda devi dasi is present here and she will take photos no doubt and you can see that, you can put on your Internet or anywhere anything that is going on here very nicely in the service of Shrila Guru Maharaj. Here our Mission's name is Shri Chaitanya Saraswat Math and Mission but this house and temple it is Shri Shri Rupa Saraswati Shridhar Seva Kunja Rasabehari. This is identified in the local area and everyone knows it and everyone knows my name which way I do not know. But they know my name and they are very happy with our temple. They will join the day after tomorrow for the manifestation of the Deities. We are all very busy now. The devotees are going today to Gokula, Mathura, Krishnajanmastan and Raval and Mahavan, etc., etc. and will come back at about 5:00 pm, we are expecting. Today I can finish with this news and next time I shall give Deity installation news.
