On Ekadasi, Sunday 14/4/96, Srila Guru Maharaj officially opened Sri Govinda Dham, and gave his blessings that the Australian devotees shall make much progress through their service opportunities that serving at the Dham will give them.

Srila Guru Maharaj has now left for New Zealand and places further east. But he has said he will return to Australia at the end of the year, at the time of his Vyasa Puja. He will be here in Australia for his Vyasa Puja, and all the devotees worldwide are warmly invited to visit here for this great celebration.
